Aluminum brake calipers are machined around the inlet Faced to ensure a leak free tight seal.
Cores that are heavily pitted and severely corroded discarded at the beginning of re manufacturing process. All rubber components are material tested to ensure that only the highest Quality is being used for re manufacturing. All brake caliper threads are cleaned and chased for OE type performance during final inspection a go-no go test is performed approval. All cast iron brake calipers are coated with corrosion resistant zinc chromed which provided an OE look and protection from rust.
